Clothwala is a third-generation wholesale fabric supplier in India (a Luthra Exports company, serving the trade since 1967). We supply mill-direct, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics and digital-print fabrics to boutiques, designers, exporters and garment manufacturers across India and worldwide. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our fabrics are sold by the metre and available from 1 metre. Flexible wholesale minimums apply, with per-colour and per-design bulk tiers — contact us for mill-direct bulk rates. Please note: 1 unit = 0.5 metres of fabric.

How is pricing structured?

All prices are quoted on a per-metre basis. Wholesale, bulk and repeat-order pricing is available — share your design, base cloth and quantity for a quote.

What are your shipping and delivery terms?

• Within India: Free shipping on orders above ₹1,299. Delivery in approximately 7–8 working days via Bluedart, Professional Courier, Delhivery, Trackon, Safexpress and other reputed couriers.
• International: Free shipping on orders above USD 150. Delivery in approximately 10–12 working days via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.
• An approximate dispatch time is shown on each product page. You will be informed by email in case of any delay.

What is your return, exchange and refund policy?

• Report any damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete order with photographs to info@clothwala.com within 48 hours of receipt.
• Eligible domestic products may be returned within 3 days of receipt for quantity, damage, major-defect or wrong-item issues. We arrange pickup after confirmation and reprint/redeliver damaged orders.
• International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to customs duty norms; damaged international orders are reprinted without return.
• Returns do not apply to: fabric books, test fabric, upload-your-design / template orders, sale goods, orders of 5 metres or below, or orders above 15 metres of a single design.
• Orders not yet processed may be changed or cancelled — contact us with your order number.

Are your fabrics certified? Where are they made?

Yes. Our digital-print fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified (tested for harmful substances) and made in India. Every order undergoes a quality, colour and quantity check before dispatch.

Which base cloths are available for digital prints?

Each digital-print design can be printed on 17 base cloths spanning polyester, viscose, rayon and cotton fibres, in weights from roughly 40 to 180 GSM:

Poly Chiffon, Poly Crepe, Poly Chanderi, Poly Summer Cool, Poly Japanese Satin, Poly Georgette, Poly Muslin, Poly Rayon, Poly Ultra Satin, Poly Spandex, Poly Linen Satin, Viscose Rayon, Cotton Cambric, Viscose Crepe, Viscose Georgette, Viscose Organza and Viscose Modal Satin.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes — GST-compliant tax invoices are available for registered businesses. Share your GSTIN at checkout or with your order.
