What kinds of products are available at clothwala?
At Clothwala, you will find variety of fabrics like Chiffons, Cottons, Crepes, Silks, Georgettes, Lycras, Nets, Raw Silks, Satins, Velvets and more, with fashionable Embroideries and Prints, also certain accessories like Borders and Dupattas.
clothwala also sells other items like accessories, clothing, stationery and more in association with other brands.
How will I know if my order is processed?
Once you confirm your order online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and other important details. We have a back-end team who coordinates with the courier services and ensures timely delivery of the order.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
In most cases, your order will be processed within 24-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 3 -15 business days of placing the order.
Does clothwala deliver internationally?
Yes, we also cater to international clients. However shipment charges, tax and other charges vary according to different countries.
What is the expected time of delivery for International Customers?
Our delivery time for international customers is anywhere between 7 - 15 days. However, for speedy delivery you have an option to select at the time of placing the order.
How do I check my order status?
We will send you timely updates and details about your order through Email. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into our website. You can also e-mail us with any queries to info@clothwala.com
Can I return the products I purchased online for domestic orders?
Clothwala offers returns for most of its products other than fabrics, dupattas and borders. However, customers should carefully look at each product’s information page to check whether the product is returnable.
There is no return policy in fabrics, dupattas and borders. Once the fabric/border has been cut, it is no longer possible to return / exchange the product. All the other products are mostly returnable. Customized products are not returnable
Will I get refund for the return orders?
Clothwala does not provide refunds for return orders. However, the Company will provide store credit worth the same amount of the returned product. We will gladly exchange or give store credit which can be used for future purchase.
Can I return the products I purchased online for international orders?
There is no return policy for International Orders. Quality check is performed at various levels on all the products before the products are dispatched. Special care is taken for the packaging of the products for the international orders. Our email is info@clothwala.com for any kind of queries.
Can I have Cash on delivery option?
No right , now we do not have the option of Cash On Delivery.
How Secure is the website if I have to make a Purchase by Credit card or debit card?
We accept all master & visa cards both India & International.clothwala & our payment gateway partners are certified with SSL license to protect your card information.
Can I call order through the phone?
Yes, In case your order doesn’t get through from the payment gateway you can always call our customer service to place your order.
Do you charge for your shipment?
India Shipping
Clothwala provides “FREE SHIPPING” through-out India on all the items. We ship to all addresses within India free of charge and the order will be delivered to your doorstep with no minimum order value.
International Shipping.
Clothwala delivers internationally / worldwide with Fedex and DHL as our logistics partners (Other shipping carriers are also available on request).
The shipping rate will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping rate is based on the weight of the selected products and the postal code of the country on a real time basis.
