What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?

Catalogue fabric is sold by the metre and available from 1 metre, so you can order a sample length before committing to bulk. Flexible wholesale minimums apply, with per-colour and per-design bulk tiers. For a fabric base that is not listed on the website, the minimum is 100 metres because it is produced specially for you.

Can I order a fabric sample before bulk?

Sample mil sakta hai kya?

Yes. Because everything is sold from 1 metre, the simplest sample is a single metre of the exact design and base you are considering. Tell us the design code, the fabric base and your delivery city and we will confirm the cost and dispatch.

What is the fabric price per metre?

Fabric ka rate per meter kya hai?

The 17 bases listed on the website run from Rs249 to Rs649 per metre depending on the quality. Bulk tiers apply: 10% off from 7 metres, 15% from 26 metres, 20% from 50 metres and 25% from 100 metres at the mill-direct rate. For an exact quote we need the fabric base, the print or dye requirement, the quantity and the delivery city.

Are sample and bulk rates the same?

No. A single metre is charged at the listed catalogue rate. Bulk discounts start at 7 metres and increase in tiers up to 25% at 100 metres and above. Custom development is quoted separately from catalogue stock.

Is a 100 metre or 500 metre order possible?

Yes — that is the volume our mill-direct pricing is built for. At 100 metres and above you reach the 25% wholesale tier, and any design can be recoloured to your Pantone at no design charge at that quantity. Send the design code and quantity on WhatsApp for a firm rate.

Custom printing and dyeing

Can you print my own fabric design?

Apna design fabric par print karwana hai — ho jayega?

Yes. Send the artwork and we will advise on repeat size, colour count and the fabric base that suits it. We print a strike-off sample for your approval before bulk production runs.

Can you match a Pantone colour on fabric?

Pantone colour match ho jayega?

Yes. Send the Pantone code along with the fabric composition and quantity. A lab dip is produced for physical approval first, because a screen can never show colour accurately enough to approve a bulk run.

What is the minimum order for custom printing?

Custom digital printing ka minimum order kitna hai?

It depends on the base and the print method. Any of our 150+ catalogue designs can be recoloured with no design charge above 100 metres. For a fabric base not listed online, the minimum is 100 metres. Send your artwork, base and quantity and we will confirm.

What is the difference between digital and rotary printing?

Digital print aur rotary print me kya difference hai?

Digital printing has no screen cost, handles unlimited colours and fine photographic detail, and is economical at low and medium quantities — which is why it suits sampling and short runs. Rotary uses engraved screens, so there is a setup cost per colour but a lower per-metre rate at high volume. Tell us your quantity and colour count and we will tell you which is cheaper for your order.

Do you supply RFD fabric for dyeing later?

Yes, ready-for-dyeing base cloth is available. Tell us the composition, width and quantity you need.

Choosing the right fabric

Which fabric is best for a kurti, co-ord set or maxi dress?

Kurti ya co-ord set ke liye best fabric kaunsa hai?

For kurtis and co-ord sets, Poly Crepe gives a soft controlled fall and holds print sharply. For maxi dresses and kaftans, Poly Georgette drapes more fluidly. For shirting, Cotton Cambric holds a crisper collar. For sarees and dupattas, Poly Chiffon is the lightest. Tell us the garment, the season and whether you need opacity and we will narrow it to two or three.

I need a soft, flowy fabric that is not transparent.

Poly Crepe and Viscose Modal Satin both drape softly while staying opaque. Poly Georgette and Poly Chiffon drape beautifully but are semi-sheer and usually need lining. Send us the garment type and we will recommend the closest match from the 17 listed bases.

How many metres of fabric will I need per garment?

Ek garment ke liye kitna meter fabric lagega?

At 44 inch width, as a guide: saree blouse 1 m, kids frock 1.5 m, shirt or skirt 2 to 2.5 m, kurti 2.5 m, dress, maxi dress or co-ord set 3 to 3.5 m. Every product page carries a full chart covering 37 garment types. Directional prints such as our dot-stripe designs need roughly 15 to 20% more for one-way cutting.

What GSM and width is the fabric?

Fabric ka GSM aur width kya hai?

Standard width is 44 inch, with 54 inch available on request. GSM varies by base — Poly Chiffon is the lightest at roughly 60 to 80 GSM, Poly Crepe around 80 to 95, Cotton Cambric around 80 to 110. Ask us for the exact specification of the base you are considering.

Quality, colour and print

Will the print colour exactly match what I see on the website?

Website par jo colour hai wahi actual milega?

Screens vary, so treat the image as indicative rather than exact. Every product page lists the measured shade values from the artwork so you can match trims and linings against them, and for bulk we always recommend approving a physical strike-off or lab dip first.

Will the colour bleed in washing? What shrinkage should I expect?

Our digital printing is wash-fast and OEKO-TEX compliant options are available. Actual colour fastness and shrinkage depend on the base composition and the finish, so for a bulk programme we recommend a wash test on the exact base. Tell us the base and we will confirm what test data is available.

Will the same print be available again for a repeat order?

Yes. Every design has a permanent design code, and because everything is printed to order rather than held as stock, a design can be reprinted whenever you need it. Quote the design code when you reorder.

Can you show me the fabric on a video call?

Delivery and shipping

How long will delivery take?

All fabric is made to order and dispatched within one week of order confirmation from Surat, Gujarat. Transit time after dispatch depends on your courier and location within India. Bulk production timelines depend on quantity, print method and approvals — send us the quantity and we will confirm before you commit.

Do you deliver outside India?

India ke bahar delivery hoti hai kya?

Yes, we ship internationally including to the UAE, the UK and the USA. Tell us the destination city and quantity and we will confirm the shipping cost and commercial terms. Note that import duties and local taxes in the destination country are payable by the buyer.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders above Rs1,299 within India. Below that a standard rate applies. International shipping is charged separately by destination.

I am starting a clothing brand. Where do I source fabric?

New clothing brand ke liye fabric kaha se le?

This is exactly the gap we are built for. Most mills will not take an order under 50 to 100 metres, which blocks a new label before it starts. Our catalogue fabric is available from 1 metre, so you can sample a design properly, test it with customers, and scale to bulk on the same design and base when you are ready.

Do you supply boutiques, export houses and garment manufacturers?

What is the difference between a fabric manufacturer and a trader?

Fabric manufacturer aur trader me kya difference hai?

A trader buys finished fabric and resells it, so the price carries a margin and the design range is whatever they could buy. A manufacturer prints and finishes the cloth itself, which means mill-direct pricing, the ability to recolour or alter a design for you, and repeatability on reorders.
