Design 4848 is dense all-over layout of upright hand-drawn conifer trees in mixed sizes and line styles, in green, mint, pink and magenta on a cream ground; small to medium scale, one-way. The scale is small (main motif approx. 1/14 of image width). The print is directional. All pattern pieces must be cut the same way up, and the design should be matched at centre-front, side seams and sleeve heads. Allow roughly 15-20% extra fabric over a plain print for matching. Measured shades in the artwork run approximately #F5F4E3, #599781, #E0ADB2, #B8D4BA, so trims, linings and thread can be matched directly against those values.
